Gift Wrapping Service
We are pleased that your gifts arrive perfectly scented, decorated and wrapped as you like. Therefore, a gift wrapping service has been added in case you wish to deliver the product wrapped as a gift.
- In case of cancellation of the order before shipment, please send an email to: shop@baanoonstore.com and it will be cancelled directly. For the amounts paid, the refund will be made within 3-22 working days.
- In case of cancellation of the order after shipping the product We apologize to you that it cannot currently be refunded.
For health precautions, we do not accept the return or exchange of children's eating and drinking products that may harm human health and safety. - Discounted materials are not returned or replaced. In case the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, we apologize strongly for this and please photograph the product and then contact us after receiving the order for a maximum period of one week to refund your amount or replace the product.
